Our Commitment to Quality At SkyGiving, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our timepieces and jewelry. We stand behind the quality of our products and warrant that they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

1. Timepieces Warranty (Watches & Clocks) We offer a 12-Month Limited Warranty for all SkyGiving watches and clocks, starting from the date of original purchase.

What is Covered:

  • Defects in the movement or mechanism (e.g., the watch stops working, the clock loses time significantly).

  • Manufacturing defects in the dial, hands, or markers.

What is NOT Covered:

  • Batteries: Normal battery life depletion is not covered.

  • External Wear & Tear: Scratches on the case, crystal/glass, or band; fading of plating due to normal use.

  • Straps & Bands: Leather, silicone, or metal straps are not covered unless the defect is present upon arrival.

  • Water Damage: Unless the watch is marked as water-resistant and used within its depth rating, water damage is not covered.

  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper handling.

  • Unauthorized Repair: Any damage resulting from service performed by a third party other than SkyGiving.

2. Jewelry Warranty We offer a 90-Day Limited Warranty on all jewelry items (Necklaces, Earrings, Rings, Bracelets).

What is Covered:

  • Structural defects (e.g., broken clasps, loose settings, or soldering issues) present at the time of delivery or developing within 90 days of normal wear.

What is NOT Covered:

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • Tarnishing or discoloration due to exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals.

  • Bent rings or broken chains caused by pulling or catching on objects.

  • Lost stones due to chipping or bending of prongs during wear.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately.

Step 1: Email us at skygivingshop@gmail.com. Step 2: Include your Order Number and the Full Name used to place the order. Step 3: Provide a clear photo or video showing the defect. Step 4: Describe the issue in detail.

Our team will review your claim within 1-3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will offer a repair, a replacement of the same item, or a store credit, at our discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. SkyGiving is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
